Today -- I was experiencing technical difficulties trying to determine why an email had been in my "OUTBOX" since 5.8.20 - I called and emailed Tim. Tim's response time was less than 15 minutes and he seemed to be concerned when I explained what was going on. He is always genuinely helpful as are all the reps I have worked with over the years. When what Tim was suggesting - didn't work - he never said "sorry I can't help you" and hang up the phone like most reps do. He kept digging and asked another worker the question to see if that worker knew of something else to do. I am impressed and inspired by the service Diversified gives and I am proud to celebrate being with this company for 10 years and I have never been disappointed by their service. The Chief Nerd is the ROCK!!! The Pandemic did not keep Diversified from serving with a purpose to please its customers!!
May God continue to bless you all for as we learn a new normal "together" -- I am certain the same standards and quality will remain at Diversified!!
