So, you know those times in your busy schedule when you put off a duty until "next week" and then it is subsequently lost in your Inbox and forgotten? Well, that is precisely what I did with my domain name renewal reminder from Tim at Diversified. Life just gets in the way and if it weren't for Tim's diligence and follow up, my business domain would have expired. What a mess that would have been.
