Diversified Computer Solutions has been our trusted IT maintenance provider for many years. We recently replaced our server, and couldn't be happier with the service and attention to detail that Diversified provided. They performed all the set-up work in advance of the actual installation, to minimize our inconvenience and transition down-time. The end result was that the new server installation took only six hours; the server was up and functioning in less than one business day.

All of the software that we utilize on a daily basis was thoroughly researched for compatibility with the new server's operating system. Any needed software upgrades were detected and installed in advance.

We utilize several programs with sizeable databases (QuickBooks and Fishbowl Inventory, specifically) that have to be absolutely current, with many complex custom reports. We are very pleased to report that we didn't miss a beat when the new server came on line: all necessary software was pre-installed, all user IDs and passwords functioned flawlessly, all the databases were current, and all reports functioned.

Diversified Computer's attention to detail meant that our transition to the new server was absolutely seamless. The staff at Diversified Computer Solutions is professional, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and service-oriented. We are delighted to recommend them to anyone with a computer technology need.
